Introduction
I am 51 and boring so I am doing something other than taking out a date on Valentines Day. I am also cheap so the situation suites me.
What made you interested in this group?
I go to local beer local band at Tir na nog from time to time. I believe the Bible is the Word of God to Man. The type of church I go to was founded in Scotland.
What topics would you be interested in discussing?
The nature of God,Man,spirit world,after life etc.. How we should live and what are our responsabilities to others. Gross example would be that there is a verse that says give to all that ask without judging but other verses temper that so that the context of that verse is important. i.e. just because some drunk crackhead ask me for money does not mean that I am obligated to give him any.
What's your favorite beer?
I have not been drinking beer enough to know but PBR is ok. I'll probably buy a beer to keep from loitering . At present I don't believe having a few beers is a sin but our discussions could change that.

It is a good informal discussion group.Mainly a 20's and 30's age group but I felt comfortable in the group being 52, but I am not very mature for my age.
